Ben Steiniger
Ben manages all projects from concept design through project completion to ensure Venture West’s comprehensive services are seamlessly delivered to every client. Ben's creativity and thoughtful approach to problem solving has been refined over his 20 years of experience in the construction and real estate development industry in Southern California. Over the course of his career Ben has worked for some of the largest developers, constructors, and owners of residential property in the country including KB Home and Hunt Companies, and Moss & Associates. Over the course of his career, Ben has been managed the development and construction of over $1 Billion in residential and commercial projects across California.
Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University. He is a licensed general contractor in California and a member the Urban Land Institute. Ben is also the principal of Steiniger Real Estate LLC, a firm providing real estate investors, developers, and property owners with development management, construction oversight, and investment consulting services.
