The project consisted of a total renovation of a 1920’s era Mission Hills Craftsman house. All of the vintage Craftsman features were restored to their former glory while introducing slight modifications to the floor plan to allow for a more modern living experience. The project featured a brand new chef's kitchen w/ cabinetry in the Craftsman tradition, built-in wall oven, Viking cook top, and quartzite countertops. French doors were added to the southern kitchen wall and provide access to a new raised deck, and brick patio. A brand new expansion to the home added a new master suite wit high volume ceilings, a spa like experience in the master bath, and a generous walk-in closet. A new detached 2-car garage was constructed along the rear of the property. Above the garage a new guest house (700 sqft, 1 bed/1 bath) was built to provide even more living flexibility for the property.
